Add Alt Text to Images and Galleries

To add alt text to an image:

  1. Click the image.
  2. Click the Settings icon .
  3. Enter a description of the image under What's in the image? Tell Google.

Tip:
The alt text should be short and descriptive.

To add titles and descriptions to your gallery images:

  1. Click the gallery.
  2. Click Change Images.
  3. Select an image.
  4. Type the image's title and description on the right side.
  5. Click Done.
Important:
  • Be sure to Publish after making changes to your site. Then, click Refresh in your SEO Plan.
