Wix Stores Request: Customizing the Email Address Notifications Are Sent From

Currently, no-reply@my.store-emails.com is the email address used to send Wix Stores email notifications (order confirmations, shipping confirmations, resend download link emails, and ready-for-pickup emails). It is not possible to edit the address.
It is, however, possible to add your store name as the sender name, so customers recognize that the email was sent from your store.

To update the sender name:

  1. Go to Business Info in your site's dashboard.
  2. Enter the name of your business under Name. This determines the sender name.
