About Enterprise Solution Uptime SLA

The Wix Studio enterprise solution uptime is calculated using the most reliable tools available to us at the time of publishing. However, please be aware of the following information.
The uptime percentages indicated:
- Are solely in connection with the Enterprise plans
- Are calculated on an annual basis, as measured for 2021
- Do not represent a commitment of the company unless specifically so indicated in respective agreements with selected Enterprise customers
- Shall not apply in cases of inadequate performance or availability caused by:
- Unforeseeable, and/or beyond Wix reasonable control, events, occurrences or incidents, including but not limited to: weather conditions, unavailability of utilities and/or communications services (including access to the Internet), riots and civil disturbances, insurrection of military or usurped power, acts of God, and/or acts of government, or of any competent governmental authority
- Unscheduled or emergency maintenance downtime for prevention purposes
- Downtime or unavailability of third-party services including, but not limited to, ISPs or payment service providers
- Action or inaction (including unintentionally) of any third party or Wix users, or by any third party or Wix user’s equipment, software or other technology (other than third party equipment directly controlled by Wix)
- Any scheduled downtime for system or network maintenance
