An SPF (sender policy framework) record permits your mail server to send email on behalf of your domain. This helps to prevent spammers from sending messages with forged email address, claiming to be from your domain.

If you have a Google Workspace business email, you can add an SPF record for your domain.
Note: The SPF record should be added to the TXT field.
