iCal integrations allow you to sync your calendar's availability across multiple platforms seamlessly. These integrations ensure that your availability is up-to-date by transmitting your Wix Hotels by HotelRunner calendar to the HotelRunner iCal.
You can only import calendars from services that support exporting in iCal format. The sync is one-way, transferring data from Wix Calendar to iCal. Imported rates will not appear directly in the calendar but can be viewed by selecting the reservation and scrolling to the Payment Details section.
Importing your HotelRunner iCal to your site
Import your HotelRunner iCal to keep your availability up to date and avoid double bookings.
To import your HotelRunner iCal:
- Go to Channel Manager in your site's dashboard.
- Search for iCal option and click Connect.
- Select Send from the drop-down next to the relevant rooms in the Room type mapping tab.
- Copy the Export URL for each room and paste it to the external iCal.
- Click Next to move to the Activation tab.
- Ensure that your rooms mappings are all accurate, and that you have set your export URLs correctly.
- Click Activate after pasting the links to the external iCal settings.
