Wix Groups: Reviewing Answers to Your Membership Questions

Once potential members have filled out your membership questions you can review them on the live site or the site dashboard. Review answers, filter by answers given, and approve or deny membership status based on your group's privacy settings.
Note:
There are two ways to review membership questions depending on your site permissions. If you are the site owner, you can choose to manage questions from either the dashboard or the live site. If you are a group admin with limited dashboard access, you can only manage questions from the live site.
Reviewing Answers to Membership Questions from the Dashboard
If you are the site owner you can view membership questions from the Members tab of your site dashboard. Depending on your group privacy settings you can also approve or deny membership after reviewing the questions.
To review answers from the dashboard:
- Go to the Groups tab of your dashboard.
- Select the relevant group.
- Click the Members tab.
- Choose how to view member responses based on your group's privacy settings:
For public and secret groups
to the right of the member whose questions you want to review.
For private groups
Tip:
You can also filter members based on membership questions. Click the Filter by drop-down at the top of your Members list. Then select Answers Given.
Reviewing Answers to Membership Questions from the Live Site
If you are a group admin with limited dashboard access, you can review member answers from the relevant group page on the live site.
To review answers from the live site:
- Go to the live site (make sure you are signed in as a site admin).
- Navigate to the relevant group page.
- Click the Members tab.
- Choose how to view member responses based on your group's privacy settings:
For public and secret groups
to the right of the member whose questions you want to review.
For private groups
