Request: Manually Adding Recipients to an Email Automation

We are excited to announce that you can now use the Segments trigger to manually add recipients to an email automation.

For example, if someone RSVPs to an event over the phone, you can ensure that they receive the automatic email sent to people who RSVP online.

To do this, you first need to create a contacts segment that filters contacts based on a label you create (for example, "Offline RSVPs"). Then, create an automation using the Segments trigger, set to trigger when a contact enters your new segment.

When you add this label to your contact, they will enter the segment and the email automation will be triggered.
