Online Programs: Managing Your Notification Settings in the Wix Owner App

Never miss an update from your online programs. The Wix Owner app sends push notifications to your phone with important highlights such as new participants, requests to join the program, steps that were missed and more. You can customize your notification settings at any time. 

To manage your program's notification settings:

  1. Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
  2. Tap the your Profile icon at the top left .
  3. Tap Notification Settings.
  4. Select the site you want to update notification settings for.
  5. Scroll down and tap Online Programs.
  6. Enable or disable the toggles for the following notifications: 
    • New Participants: Receive notifications for new participants joining or requesting to join your program (if it's private).
    • Participant Progress: Receive notifications every time your participants complete or miss steps.  
Tip:
Your participants can manage the following notifications for online programs they are participants of:
  • Program updates: Every time you add a new step to your program. 
  • Reminders: Every time your participant misses a step.
