Managing Business Owners in Wix Payments

After adding the company's Business Owners to your Wix Payments account, you can always go back and edit their details or remove them completely if they are no longer relevant. 
Important:
Wix Payments may require additional information and/or documents verifying your Business Owners' identity, to make sure your account complies with all legal requirements. 

To edit a Business Owner's details:

  1. Go to Accept Payments in your site's dashboard.
  2. Click Wix Payments Dashboard.
  3. Click Account Settings on the left. 
  4. Scroll down to Business Owners and click Edit next to the relevant Business Owner. 
  5. Edit their details in the pop-up window. 
  6. Click Save

To remove a Business Owner:

  1. Go to Accept Payments in your site's dashboard.
  2. Click Wix Payments Dashboard.
  3. Click Account Settings on the left. 
  4. Scroll down to Business Owners and click Remove next to the relevant Business Owner.
