ADI: Changing Your Page URL

You can change your page URL for each page (your page address on the web). If you do not enter anything, your page name is used by default. 

To change your page URL:

  1. Click the Page Menu. 
  2. Click the Settings icon . 
  3. Click Page SEO. 
  4. Under Page URL delete the existing name and enter a new one.  

Important information about changing your page URL:

If you change your page URL, the new URL is treated as a new page and your old page will no longer work. 
This means that any existing links to the old page URL that you have previously shared on social media will stop working and your existing page SEO rankings will be lost. This is because search engines will always treat a different URL as a new page. 
To keep your links working and move the SEO to the new page, you should set up a 301 redirect from the old URL to the new URL.
Important:
To set up 301 redirects you need to upgrade your site to a Premium Plan and connect a domain to your site.
