ADI: Troubleshooting Mobile Live Site Issues

Step 1: Please check that:
If you are having trouble viewing your ADI site on a mobile device, make sure that the device and browser you're using are supported:
Supported operating systems on mobile devices
Supported browsers on mobile devices
Step 2: Next, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure that you're using the most up-to-date version of your mobile browser and that the browser is compatible with Wix (Chrome or Safari). If not, you can download a new browser from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies. For instructions on how to clear the cache on your mobile device, please choose from the list below:
Step 3: If the problem persists, please send us the following information:
If you are still unable to view your site, or your site does not appear correctly, please contact us and prepare the following information:
- The manufacturer of your mobile device (e.g., Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, LG Nexus).
- The model of your mobile device.
- Example of iPhone models: 6, 6S, 6 Plus, 7
- Example of Samsung Galaxy models: S3, S4
- The Operating System (OS) on your mobile device.
- Example of iPhone Operating Systems: iOS 11
- Example of Samsung Galaxy Operating Systems: Android 4.3, 4.4
- The browser (including the exact browser version) of the device.
- Type of connection where you are experiencing the issue (does this issue occur on 3G, Wifi, or both).
- In case this occurs on a 3G/4G connection only, the name of the network.
- A screenshot of the issue.
