Wix Restaurants: Setting Additional Notification Methods for Reservations

As of October 2022, we have a new app for table reservations. Learn how to add and set up the new Wix Table Reservations app.
When a customer reserves a table, an alert appears in your restaurant's Reservations tab. You can also create additional alerts through email or third party connections to make sure the reservations appear in the places you use most.

To set an additional notification alert for reservations:

  1. Go to your site's dashboard.
  2. Click the Restaurants tab. 
  3. Click the Reservations tab.
  4. Click the Settings icon  at the top right.
  5. Click Notifications. 
  6. Click + Extra Notification to select an additional notification method.
    • Email: get a reservation notification to your email.
      You can also automatically print incoming reservations by connecting the email address of a network/WiFi printer. Learn how.
    • Webhook: integrate with other third-party services. Learn how.
To temporarily disable a notification method, disable the notification toggle .
