Wix Owner App: Accessing Your Inbox

When using the Wix Owner app, you can access your Inbox to see who's on your site in real-time, start a conversation with them on the go, manage conversations and more.
To access your Inbox:
- Go to your site in the Wix Owner app.
- Tap Inbox
at the bottom. - Choose what you want to do:
- Manage your website chat status:
- Tap the More Actions icon
at the top right.
- Tap the Online toggle to show people you are available to chat in real-time.
- Tap the More Actions icon
- Chat with your visitors:
- Tap the relevant conversation.
- Choose the relevant action:
- New site visitor: Add them as a new contact.
- Tap the More Actions icon at the top right.
- Tap Save as contact or choose another option.
- Tap the More Actions icon
- Existing contact: Keep the conversation going and tap the channel drop-down to select how you want to respond.
- New site visitor: Add them as a new contact.
- Manage your website chat status:
Tip:
Manage your notification settings to stay up to date when you receive new messages in your inbox.
