There are a number of reasons why you may not see a particular member on the Members page, who you expected to see there.
Member was approved, but hasn't logged in
Member accepted invite, but hasn't logged in
Member hasn't joined the community
Tips:
- You can encourage members to join the community by setting the Join this site's community checkbox to be selected by default. Learn How
- You can check if a member has signed in to your site by going to the Site Members tab in your site's dashboard.
