The Booking Form is where your clients provide information when they sign up for a service. You decide what information you want to collect and what the page looks like.

To customize the design of your Booking Form:
- Go to the Bookings Checkout page in the Editor.
Wix Editor | Show me how
on the left side of the Editor.
Editor X | Show me how
at the top bar of Editor X.
2. Click the page in the Editor.
3. Click Settings.
4. Select Booking Form from the drop-down.
5. Click Customize Form.
6. You are then redirected to your site Dashboard where you can edit the form.
