Wix Audio Player: General Troubleshooting

Make sure that there are no elements overlapping the player. Sometimes, it might not appear obvious, but an element such as a text box, might be covering it:


In the image above, the blue boundaries of the text box overlap the player, making the play button unclickable.

Make sure that the files you are uploading meet the requirements. If the file is not supported by the Wix Audio Player, you can convert it to another file type.

If you are connecting music using the External MP3 option, make sure that the URL you are using ends with a .mp3 extension.
