Request: Setting Up Automation Conditions That Include “Else” Statement

Currently, it is not possible to set up an automation condition that includes an "else" statement. You can add a condition to an automation, but if this condition isn't met, the automatic "else" outcome is exiting the automation's flow.

For example, you have an automation that triggers when a store order is placed. You can't add a condition that sends a discount coupon to a customer spending over $50 or "else" sends a promotional email to a customer spending less than $50.

Setting up the “else” path would allow you to define the automation flow for cases that do not meet the “if” criteria.
