Refunds for Orders with Multiple Payment Methods

From the Orders tab, it is not possible to refund an order paid for with more than one payment method (e.g. an order paid for with a gift card and a credit card).
If Wix Payments is your payment provider, you can go to All Payments and refund your customer there. When you're done, you can go back to the Orders tab and mark the order as refunded for record-keeping purposes.
If you don't use Wix Payment as your payment provider, you can go to the dashboard of your provider to process the refund. For example, if you use PayPal to accept payments, you can log into PayPal and refund your customer from there.

You can also cancel the order
