Discrepancy in Wix Email Marketing Statistics

It may take some time for recipients to read your email campaign, and for the information in your Wix Email Marketing Dashboard and statistics to update accordingly.
If you view your statistics more than 24 hours after sending an email campaign and your statistics don't seem accurate, please submit a support ticket and include the following information:
- The URL of the email campaign
- The date you sent the newsletter
- The number of contacts you sent to
- The names of contact groups you sent to
- A few examples of email addresses you've sent to
- Describe what is inaccurate about your statistics
