Customer Didn't Receive Refund Issued for a Wix Payments Transaction

Wix Payments is not yet available to all users. 
If you have refunded a customer for a payment made through Wix Payments and they didn't get the refund yet, please check the following:
  • Make sure you've refunded the customer using the instructions in this article
  • Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reach the customer's credit card. 
If your customer still hasn't received their refund after 3-5 business days, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you further.
