(Internal) Проблема с индексацией Яндекс - тег "rel=canonical"

Link here cases where users receive notifications related to tag "rel=canonical".
Steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check how rel canonical tag looks like in source code
2. if it looks ok (like normal page URL) without any ?_escaped_fragment_= part in the end of URL, pls make screenshots, send it to the user and advise them to contact Yandex.Support
3. In case user's back - pls escalate to SEO and ask them to remove the tag per msid with an experiment
