Get your questions answered ahead of all other Wix support requests with priority support. You get priority support when you request a callback or submit a ticket.

To get priority support:

  1. Click Partner Dashboard at the top of your site's dashboard.
  2. Click Contact Us in the Partner support section on the right. 
  3. Click on the topic of the issue you're experiencing and follow the directions on your screen to get in touch with priority support.
To streamline your support, please provide the following when contacting us:
  • A description of the issue.
  • The domain name (URL) you need help with.
  • The site you need help with.
  • The page name you need help with (if applicable).
  • Any relevant details that can help our Customer Care team.
