Saving Info From Contact Fields

When an existing contact submits a form that includes contact fields, the information is automatically added to their contact card. In order for first time visitors information to be saved as contact card, the form must have at least one of the following contact fields:

All the form fields under Contact Fields are automatically added to your contact cards.

If you choose to collect contact information using another type of form field, it does not save in the correct spot in your contact list. For example, if you use a Short Text field under Basic Fields to collect someone's first name, it will not save the information under 'First Name' in a contact card.

You can view all of your contacts on your Contact List in your site's dashboard.
