Wix Automations: Required Form Fields to Trigger an Action

When setting up an automation where the Trigger is Visitor submits a Form, the Trigger is reliant on specific contact details to complete the Action. If the contact details are missing, the action cannot be used and triggered.
Examples:
- If you have one form that doesn't include an email field, and the Action is 'Send email to contacts', the automation will be disabled.
- If you have several forms, and only some forms have email fields, the Action will be enabled, and an alert will appear inside the Action area.
Form requirements for automations:
Action | Required Form fields |

Move card in Workflow | Form must include an Email field or Phone field |
Add label to Contact | Form must include an Email field or Phone field |
Troubleshooting:
If your form has an Email field and Actions such as "Send email to contacts" is greyed out, please try to re-publish your site. If after publishing the site the issue still persists, please contact Wix Customer Care for support.
