Wixel: Working With Your Media

1. Drag and drop files or click Upload from Computer. 
2. Select the files you want to upload.
3. Click Open.

1. Click My Wix Account. 
2. Select the relevant site folder.
3. Select the files you want to upload.
4. Click Upload Selection.

1. Click My Wixel Projects.
2. Select the relevant project folder.
3. Select the files you want to upload
4. Click Upload Selection.

Import files from different social networks or apps. You can import files from Facebook, Instagram, Google Drive, Dropbox, DeviantArt, and Dribbble.

1. Select the relevant social network.

2. Click Connect.

3. Select the files you want to upload.

4. Click Upload Selection.

Tip: This imports files that you select yourself. To have the Wixel Agent fetch content from an app as part of a task, connect the app to the Wixel Agent instead.

1. Click the Link icon on the left side.
2. Paste the URL link and click Import. 

1. Click Create New Board.
2. Enter the Board Name.
3. Enter the Description for the board.
4. Click the Available for all my sites toggle:
   • Enabled: Your board can be accessed from all your projects.
   • Disabled: Your board can only be accessed from the project you are working on.
5. Click Create.

1. Locate your media file.
2. Click the Add to My Boards icon .
3. Select the board you want to add it to:
   • An existing board: Click the relevant board and click Add.
   • New board: Click New Board to create a new one.

1. Click the More Actions icon  on the relevant board.
2. Click Delete Board.
3. Click Delete.

• Search: Use the search box to find a specific file.
• Reorder : Sort files alphabetically or by date.
• Change layout : Display your files in a gallery or list.
• Filter by media file types: Click the Media Types to display files of a specific type.

1. Click Create New Folder.
2. Type the name of the new folder.
3. Press Enter on your keyboard.
4. (Optional) Double-click the folder and click Create New Folder to create a sub-folder.

• Click Upload Media or drag files into the new folder to add media.
• Hover over the folder and click the More Actions icon  to add the folder to your Favorites, rename it, copy it and more.

1. Hover over the relevant file or folder and click the More Actions icon .
2. Click Rename.
3. Type the file or folder's new name.
4. Press Enter on your keyboard.

1. Select the relevant file. 
2. Click Tags on the right.
3. Click Edit tags.
4. Click the Tag field and start typing your tag.
5. Press the Enter key on your keyboard to add it.
6. Click Done.

1. Select the relevant file(s).
2. Click the More Actions icon  and click Move to Trash.

1. Click the Trash tab.
2. Select the file you want to restore by clicking the checkbox on the left.
3. Click Restore.

1. Click the Trash tab.
2. Select the file you want to delete by clicking the checkbox on the left.
3. Click Permanently Delete.
4. Click the checkbox next to Yes, I want to delete the file.
5. Click Delete Files.

1. Go to your project in Wixel.

2. Select the relevant design.

3. Click the Media icon on the side panel and select an image.

The free Wix media files found in your Wixel media and on your template are royalty free images that we have provided for your convenience. You can use any of these images on your Wixel project for commercial purposes.

Free Wix media files are available for digital use within Wix ONLY. For more information, see the Wix Terms of Use. In addition, be careful with media found in external (non-Wix) URLs. When the media file is not owned by Wix, you need to contact the author for permission to use it on your site.
