Wix Stores: Purchasing Wix Shipping Labels for USPS
Print shipping labels right from your Wix dashboard - no need to create your own USPS account. You can ship orders within the US or around the world.
After receiving an order, start by boxing the products. When you're ready to purchase a shipping label, go to your site's dashboard and select the relevant order. After making sure the "shipping from" and "shipping to" addresses are correct, select the type of package and the service you're using. When you're done, click to purchase and print the label.
A tracking number is automatically added to your order so that you and your customers can keep track of the shipment.
Notes:
- This service is available for merchants located in the US.
- Return address labels are not currently supported.

Purchasing Wix shipping labels
Purchase shipping labels directly from your site's dashboard.
Notes:
- To print shipping labels, you must first enter your business's address in the Business Info page.
- Only the site owner can purchase shipping labels, not site collaborators.
To purchase a shipping label:
- Go to the Orders tab in your site's dashboard.
- Click the relevant order.
- Click Manage Shipping Label.
Tip: This button doesn't appear if customer selected local delivery or store pickup.

- (Optional) Click Edit next to the Ship To address to update the customer's details.
Note: US addresses can only enter 5-digit zip codes. - If this is your first label, you may be required to enter the address that you ship from.
Tip: You can select an address, enter a new one, or click Edit to make changes to a selected address. US addresses can only enter 5-digit zip codes. - Select the package type you used for the order:
- USPS / previously created package type: Select a USPS option or an existing custom package from the Package Type drop-down.
- New Package Type:
- Click the Package Type drop-down and scroll down.
- Click +Add a Custom Package.
- Enter a package name (to help you identify it next time).
- Enter the package's dimensions.
- Click Create & Save.
- Enter a package weight.
Notes:- This field is mandatory.
- Enter the weight of the package plus the product.
- Each USPS service has a specific weight limitation.
- Select a service from the USPS Service drop-down.
Note: Not all services are available with every package type. - (Optional) Click the Add shipping insurance checkbox. If selected, enter the value of the package.
Note: USPS might charge an additional fee for this service. - (Optional) Click the Require signature confirmation checkbox.
Note: USPS charges an addition fee for this service. - (For international orders) Select an option from the Package Content Type drop-down.
- Click Continue to Pay.
Note: You can review your order before purchasing. - Click Submit Purchase.
- Select a print option:
- Print now: Click Print Now to print your label right away.
- Print later: When you're ready to print, access the order in the Orders tab, click More Actions at the top right and select Print Shipping Label.
Printing a label more than once
You can print a label multiple times, but it can only be used one time. Once it is scanned by the post office, any other packages with the same label and barcode are invalid.
To reprint a shipping label:
- Go to the Orders tab in your site's dashboard.
- Click the relevant order.
- Click More Actions.
- Select Print Shipping Label.
Voiding a Wix shipping label
After you print a shipping label in the Wix Stores dashboard, you have 29 days in which to void the label get a complete refund - provided the label hasn't been used.
The cost of the label is refunded through the payment method you used and may take up to 14 business days.
To void an unused shipping label:
- Go to the Orders tab in your site's dashboard.
- Click the relevant order.
- Click More Actions at the top right.
- Click Void Shipping Label.
- Click Void Label to confirm.
Filing a USPS insurance claim
If you purchased Wix shipping labels and added insurance, you can file a claim if a parcel is lost or damaged.
