Currently, it is not possible for the Smart Chat to provide answers to general knowledge questions related to your products or industry. This feature would allow the AI to retrieve the answer from trusted sources on the web when the information isn't available on your site.

For example, if you sell cameras and a site visitor asks, "What is an image sensor?", the AI could pull the answer from an online source - if this option is enabled on your site.
