Wix Smart Chat Request: Customizing Notifications for Conversations

Currently, it is not possible to customize when you receive notifications for Smart Chat conversations. This feature would let you choose to be alerted based on priority or urgency, instead of being notified for every chat.
For example, you could choose to be notified when a visitor requests to speak with you, has an issue with a purchase or order, or needs support that the AI couldn't provide.
