Wix Partners: Creating Custom Roles with Partner Dashboard Permissions

Give teammates access to your Partner Dashboard for help with managing your Partner account. You can create custom roles that include Partner Dashboard permissions, then assign them to teammates. 
Note:
Teammates with the Account Admin (Co-Owner) and Website Manager roles have Partner Dashboard permissions.

To create a custom role with Partner Dashboard permissions:

  1. Click Partner Dashboard at the top of your Wix account.
  2. Click the Settings tab on the left. 
  3. Click More Actions at the top right and select Manage Roles.
  4. Click + Create New Role.
  5. Fill in the details of your custom role:
    1. Enter a title under Role Title.
    2. (Optional) Add a description that outlines the new role.
  6. Click Partner Dashboard in the list of Permissions. 
  1. Select Manage Wix Marketplace and CRM. Teammates with the role can perform the following actions:
  2. (Optional) Enable more permissions for the custom role:
    1. Click the relevant category in the Permissions list and select the action(s) teammates with the role can perform. 
    2. Repeat the last step for all the permissions you want the role to have. 
  3. Click Save at the top right.
