Wix Partner Benefits: Form Limits on Free Sites

Yes. This is an exclusive benefit for all Partners. The benefit applies to all websites they are an owner of. For new Partners joining the Partners Program, the benefit takes effect 24 hours after joining the program.

Yes. The increased quota only applies to sites you're the owner of. If you're a site co-owner or have any other site role, the new quotas do not apply.

If you upgrade to a Premium plan that includes higher form limits than the new quota for free sites, you automatically move to the quota offered by your new plan. The features you already have on your free sites (number of forms, field per form, etc.) are included in your new quota.

For example, if you have 10 forms on your free site and then you upgrade to a Business plan (that includes 25 forms), you have 15 forms left to use.

If you upgrade to a Premium plan that includes lower form limits than the new free plan quota, you move to the quota offered by your new plan (e.g. a Core plan includes 10 forms, where the new quota for free Partner sites is 25 forms). When you upgrade, none of the existing features will be removed from your current forms (number of forms, form fields, advanced fields, conditional rules) but you will be unable to add more features if they exceed the new quota.

For example, if you've created 20 forms on your free site and then upgrade to a Core plan (that includes 10 forms), you still keep and receive submissions for the 20 existing forms. However, in order to create a new form you must remove forms until your form count is under your new plan limit of 10. You also have the option to upgrade to a Premium plan with a higher quota.

Additionally, if you have forms with advanced fields (file upload and signature field) on your free site and then upgrade to a Light plan that doesn't include advanced fields, you still have access to the advanced fields on your existing forms. However, in order to add another advanced field you must upgrade to a plan that includes this feature.
