Wix Multilingual: Editing Links and Buttons per Language

With Wix Multilingual, you can translate your site's buttons in each language. You can also link buttons to different places per language, if needed.  
In this article, learn how to edit links and buttons per language:

After selecting the relevant language in the Wix Editor, edit the translation text of your buttons and choose where they link to. 

To edit links and buttons per language in the Wix Editor:

  1. Click the Switch Language panel at the top of the Editor.

  1. Select the secondary language you want to work on.
  2. Click the element whose link you want to change.
  3. Click Edit Translation.
  4. Customize your button using the following options:
    • What does it say?: Enter the button's translation.
    • Where does it link to?: Change where the button links to: 
      1. Click the Link icon  under Where does it link to?.
      2. Add the relevant link information.
      3. Click Done.

In Editor X, you can also edit the translation text and button links in each language.

To edit links and buttons per language in the Editor X:

  1. Click the Switch Language drop-down at the top of Editor X.

  1. Select the secondary language you want to work on.
  2. Click the button you want to change.
  3. Click Edit Translation.
  4. Customize your button using the following options:
    • What does this button say?: Enter the button's translation.
    • Where does it link to?: Change where the button links to: 
      1. Click the Link icon  under Where does it link to?.
      2. Add the relevant link information.
      3. Click Done.
