Boost customer engagement and encourage sales by letting customers earn and redeem loyalty points at your mobile POS. Customers can visit your website, sign up as members, and start earning points for purchases.

Earning loyalty points

Customers who have already joined your loyalty program can earn points when making a purchase at your mobile POS. Make sure to add your customer to the sale so that the points are registered.

Allowing customers to redeem points

To redeem loyalty points at your mobile POS, customers need to convert their points into coupons. This can only be done on their own device and not through your mobile POS. Once a coupon code is generated, it can be added to a sale.

To redeem coupons at a mobile POS:

If your customers hasn't already created a coupon, ask them to do the following on their phone:
1. Go to your site on their phone (using a browser or the Spaces by Wix app).
2. Log in to their account on your site.
3. Go to your Loyalty Program page and click View Points.
4. Tap Get coupon next to the coupon they want to redeem and tap Redeem.
  Tip: A coupon code is displayed. You'll use this code in the next step.

Redeem the coupon in your mobile POS:
1. Go to your site in the Wix app.
2. Tap Manage at the bottom.
3. Scroll down to the Get Paid section and tap Point of Sale.
4. Add store products, Wix Bookings appointments, or restaurant items to the sale and tap Go to Cart.
5. Add your customer to the sale.
  1. Tap Add Customer.
  2. Select an existing customer or tap +Add New Contact to enter the new customer's details.
  3. Tap Save.
6. Redeem the coupon your customer created:
  1. Tap Redeem a Coupon.
  2. Enter the coupon code manually, or select it from the coupon list.
  3. Tap Done, then Apply.
Complete the sale.

Awarding customers loyalty points

Want to give your customers some extra rewards? You can manually award loyalty points directly from the Home screen in your mobile POS.

To award loyalty points:

Go to your site in the Wix app.
Tap Home at the bottom.
Scroll down to the Loyalty points section.
Tap Manage points and search for your customer.

Tap the More Actions icon next to your customer.
Do one of the following:
1. Add points:
  1. Select + Give points.
  2. Enter the number of points you want to add and tap Save.
2. Edit the number of points:
  1. Select Edit point balance.
  2. Enter the new balance and tap Save.

Viewing a customer's balance

To view a customer's balance, go to the home screen and scroll down to the loyalty section. The number of points are listed under each loyalty member's name.
