Currently, it is not possible to access your saved and purchased logos from the Wix Owner app without going through the flow of creating a new logo.

Tip:

You can view, edit, and download your existing logos from your mobile device by logging into your Wix Logo Maker account on your mobile browser. Learn how to extract your logo files on your relevant device here.
