Any logos that you purchase from Wix Logo are non-refundable as these are digital goods, and we cannot monitor their use after download.
Cancelling a Logo + Website plan
A Logo + Website plan comes with a website. If you cancel your Logo + Website within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with our Terms of Use, you will only be entitled to a refund for your site subscription and not for your Logo files. Any discount you received with your plan for your Logo files will be revoked and deducted from the amount refunded to you for your subscription.
In some cases, the logo files price is higher than the plan price. In these cases, you will not receive a refund.
Notes:
- If you cancel an Unlimited or Business Logo + Website plan, you will still have use of the benefits of the Advanced Logo Maker plan.
- If you cancel a Social Logo + Website plan, you will still have use of the benefits of the Advanced Logo Maker plan in addition to Brand Plus for 1 year. If cancelled within 14 days of purchase, only the Hopp-Pro plan is refundable.
- The Brand-Plus plan is non-refundable but you can cancel its renewal for any future terms.
