Wix Logo: Editing Your Logo

This article refers to the previous Wix Logo Maker. If you are using the new Wix Logo Maker, which is not yet available to all users, please read the information here. Learn how to check which version of the Wix Logo Maker you are using.
Sometimes it takes time to get your logo design just right. With the Wix Logo Maker, you can either save your design and come back to it later to add those finishing touches or, if you change your mind after purchasing, you can avail of a one-time free logo edit.
In this article, learn more about editing:
Take your time with your logo concept by saving your design in your dashboard and returning to it later to add those finishing touches / tweak the existing design.

To edit a saved logo:

  1. Go to My Logos in the Wix Logo Maker.
  2. Hover over the logo you want to edit.
    Note: If you have previously purchased a logo, make sure to navigate to the Saved tab.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Customize your logo as needed.

Mistakes may happen, but don’t worry – we’ve got you covered. Every Wix Logo comes with a one-time free edit, allowing you to correct spelling mistakes, change fonts, colors, positioning, or size of the elements.
Keep in mind that once you’ve used the one-time free edit, you will need to purchase a new logo to make further changes.
Note:
You cannot remove or add elements and replace icons using the one-time free edit. These changes require purchasing a new logo.

To avail of the one-time edit:

  1. Go to My Logos in the Wix Logo Maker.
  2. Navigate to the Purchased tab.
  3. Click the More Actions icon  on the relevant logo.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Click Edit Logo in the popup.
  6. Customize the logo as needed.  
  7. Click Finish Editing and then Finish. The new design will be added to the Purchased tab next to the old design.

If you have already used your one-time edit and would like to customize your logo further, you will have to purchase the new, edited version.

To edit a purchased logo that's already been edited:

  1. Access My Logos.
  2. Click the Purchased tab.
  3. Hover over the logo you want to edit and click Edit.
  4. Click Got It.
  5. Edit your logo as needed and click Next.
  6. Select a logo plan and confirm your purchase.
