Keep track of everyone who interacts with your Legend and get valuable insights by reviewing their conversations. Reviewing the visitors and their conversations helps you understand your audience’s interests, spot trends, and keep improving your Legend's answers.

You can also choose who's able to start a conversation, and set limits on voice and video calls.

Viewing your conversations

Use this page to quickly get familiar with your audience and begin gathering insights from their interactions. Browse your list of visitors and open detailed conversation histories.

To view your conversations:

  1. Go to Wix Legends.

  2. Click Conversations on the left.

  3. (Optional) Filter your conversations:

    • Time period: Filter conversations by when they were last updated (e.g. Last 24 hours, Last 30 days).

    • Business interest: Filter conversations by the business interest a visitor showed (e.g. Booking, Callback).

    • Show untitled conversations: Select the checkbox to include conversations that don't have enough content to generate a title.

    • Search: Enter a visitor's name, email, or a conversation title to find a specific conversation.

  4. Click a conversation to open it.

  5. Click the relevant tab to learn more about the conversation:

    • Summary: View details about the conversation, an AI-generated conversation summary, and key insights about the visitor. Use these insights to update your knowledge or adjust your Legend's messaging to better support your visitors.

    • Conversation: View the full chat transcript and when the visitor was last active. Reviewing these conversations helps you better understand your visitors, spot recurring issues, and identify where your Legend's responses can improve.

Managing your conversation settings

Your conversation settings control who can start a conversation with your Legend, and whether visitors can communicate through video, voice, or only through chat.

You can also choose how to limit calls. Voice and video calls use your credits for every connected minute. Capping the length of each call and the number of calls allowed per day helps control your credit usage.

Note:

If both video calls and voice calls are disabled, visitors can still chat with your Legend through chat messages.

To manage your conversation settings:

  1. Go to Wix Legends.

  2. Click Settings on the left.

  3. Click Conversations.

  4. Choose which settings to adjust:
