Currently, Wix Forms allows you to limit submissions by total number or by date and time, but it is not possible to limit entries based on a user's email. This means the same person can submit the same form multiple times using the same email address.

This feature would let you limit submissions to one per email address, preventing duplicates and making it easier to manage registrations, applications, etc.
