Currently in Wix Forms, it is not possible to prevent certain collaborators from editing the submissions table. Anyone who has access to that area of your site can change or delete entries.
This feature would allow you to set more detailed permissions for site collaborators, including an option to give some roles "view only" access to the submissions table. You could decide who can view, edit, or export submissions.
