Wix Checking is currently only available to select users in the U.S. If you live in the U.S and your business was formed in the U.S, but you don’t have access to apply for Wix Checking, contact Customer Care.
Use your Wix Visa debit card to make purchases and withdraw money from your account. Accepted worldwide, your Wix Checking card offers quick, secure and convenient access to your money in person, online, overseas and over the phone.
Before your physical Wix Checking card arrives in the mail, you can activate and use it immediately. Your card details can be added to digital wallets such as Google Pay and Apple Pay to make payments online or via your mobile device.
For your peace of mind, you have a number of options to manage your card and prevent its misuse. Lost, damaged or stolen cards can be replaced directly from your account dashboard. Your card's PIN can be changed at any time. Additionally, you can temporarily freeze your card, making transactions impossible until you decide to unfreeze or replace it.
Before you begin:
To get a Wix Visa debit card, you must have:
- A successfully verified Wix Checking account
- An address in the United States
Activating your card
Once you've set up your Wix Checking account and ordered your Wix Visa debit card, your card is mailed to the address provided for your business. As you wait for your card, you can start using it online by adding it to digital wallets like Google Pay and Apple Pay. For in-person transactions using the physical card, you'll need to activate the card.
To activate your card:
- Go to Wix Checking in your site's dashboard.
- Click Activate Physical Card.
Important: For your protection, we recommend you activate your physical card only after it arrives in the mail. - Enter the Expiration date and CVV number from the back of your Wix Visa debit card.

- Enter a 4-digit PIN number for your card and re-enter the number to confirm.
- Click Activate.
Adding your card to digital wallets
Before your card is delivered, you can begin to use it online. Add your card to digital wallets such as Google Pay and Apple Pay to get started.
To add your card:
Google Pay
Apple Pay
- Open the Google Wallet app

- At the bottom, tap Add to Wallet
.
- Tap Payment card to see cards you saved to your Google Account.
- Tap New credit or debit card.
- Use your camera to to add a card, or tap Or enter details manually.
- At the bottom, tap Save and continue.
- Read the Issuer Terms and tap Accept.
- If you’re asked to verify your payment method, choose an option from the list. Learn how to verify your payment method.
Freezing your card
If you can't locate your Wix Visa debit card and are unsure whether it's lost or temporarily misplaced, you can freeze your card as a precaution. This ensures the card cannot be used by anyone until you choose to unfreeze it.
To freeze your card:
- Go to Business Checking in your site's dashboard.
- Click Manage Card.
- Enable the toggle next to Freeze Card.
Tip: You can disable the toggle at any time to unfreeze your card.

Changing your PIN
If you need to change the PIN number for your card, you can do so from your Wix Checking account. Choose a 4-digit PIN number you'll remember and re-enter that number to confirm your choice. To make sure it's you, we'll send a verification code to your mobile device to confirm your identity.
To change your PIN:
- Go to Business Checking in your site's dashboard.
- Click Manage Card.
- Click Change PIN.
- Enter a new 4-digit PIN number.
- Re-enter your new PIN to confirm.
- Verify your identity by entering the 6-digit code sent to your mobile device.
- Click Verify.

Replacing your card
You can replace a lost, stolen or damaged card through your Wix Checking account.
If your card has been damaged, we'll send you a replacement and your card number won't change. This allows you to continue using your card for digital wallet payments without interruption. If your card has been lost or stolen, we'll issue an entirely new card to prevent misuse of your card information.
In either case, you'll have the chance to review your shipping information before we replace your card and we'll provide you with an estimated date of arrival.
To replace your card:
- Go to Business Checking in your site's dashboard.
- Click Manage Card.
- Click Replace Card.
- Choose an option:
- Replace a lost or stolen card:
- Click It's lost or stolen.
- Confirm or edit your personal details.
- Click Save & Continue.
- Confirm or edit your shipping address.
- Click Replace Card.
- Replace a damaged card:
- Click It's damaged.
- Confirm or edit your shipping address.
- Click Replace Card.
