Wix Chat Text Not Translated to Site Language (Includes Workaround)

Known Issue|We’re investigating this issue.
Some sites might experience an issue with some of the text on the Wix Chat widget not appearing in the correct site language.

For example, this may affect the "Let's Chat", "We'll reply as soon as we can" (response time text), and the pre-chat form texts.

We're aware of the issue and are currently gathering more information regarding this matter.
Workaround:
  1. In your site's dashboard, navigate to Settings.
  2. Click on Language & Region.
  3. Change the Site language to something different.
  4. Click Save in the upper right.
  5. Change the Site language back to the desired language.
  6. Click Save in the upper right.

This should reset your site language and resolve the un-translated text.
