Currently, it is not possible to schedule appointments without assigning a specific staff member in charge of the session. This is useful for clients who don't have a preference which staff member takes care of their session. For example, a busy salon could allow clients to book a haircut with any available stylist, ensuring faster service and reducing the chance of time slot conflicts.
Workaround:
You can create a generic staff profile to represent unstaffed sessions. This allows you to offer appointment services without needing to assign them to individual staff members at the time of booking.
