Wix Bookings Request: Migrating Customer Data From Another Platform to Wix

Currently, it is not possible to migrate customer data from another platform to Wix Bookings. This feature would allow you to transfer existing customer information (e.g. contact details, booking history, existing memberships, etc.) instead of recreating it manually when moving to Wix Bookings.

Tip:

As a partial workaround, you can import your contacts to Wix from a CSV file or your Gmail account. However, this does not transfer booking history or automatically assign contacts to sessions, memberships, or other booking data.
