Currently, it is not possible to create fixed time slots each day exclusively for appointment bookings. Appointment availability is determined by staff members' schedules, and may vary each day depending on existing bookings, synced events on staff members' personal calendars, and other factors. 
Workaround:
You can create a class service with a single participant and set fixed times. For example, a psychologist with patients scheduled at regular intervals could create a recurring class schedule with set hours such as 09:00, 10:15, 11:30, etc.
