The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is a European Union regulation aimed at strengthening the digital resilience of the union’s financial sector. It is applicable to entities in scope starting January 17, 2025 and ensures that the EU financial sector can withstand, respond to, and recover from Information and Communication Technology (ICT) disruptions, such as cyberattacks or system failures.
