Wix Analytics: Data Updating in Overviews and Reports
Wix Analytics Overviews and Reports data is updated at least once every hour. Because of this, you may not immediately see new data if it has been less than 1 hour since an action occurred.
This can cause a temporary discrepancy between the analytics data in the
Activity tab in your site's dashboard and the data in the corresponding overview or report. For example, if you received 10 new online store orders 30 minutes previously, you may immediately see the new orders in the Activity tab. However, if you click into the Sales Overview, you may not see those new orders until the data refreshes.
In another example, if you view the
Traffic Overview and then navigate from this overview to
a traffic report (e.g. Sessions Over Time report) there may be a discrepancy between the number of sessions in the overview vs. the report. The Traffic Overview will show the most up-to-date data. It may take an hour for new sessions to appear in the relevant traffic report.
