Wix Analytics: About Your Online Programs Reports

Find the participants who are most active in your programs.

Use this report to:

Track how much revenue each program brings in from one-time payments.

Note on revenue: Revenue by Program covers one-time program payments, after refunds. Revenue from participants who joined with a pricing plan appears in your subscriptions reports.

A join means someone signed up for your program. Engagement means they completed at least one step. A program can have plenty of joins and very little engagement.

Tip: 'Program starts' counts the same participants as engaged participants.

Each report comes with definitions for the metrics and columns it shows, so you can tell exactly what a number counts.

To view a report's definitions:

1. Go to All Reports in your site's dashboard.
2. Scroll down to Online programs and click the relevant report.
3. Click View report definitions under the report name.

You can also check the Wix Analytics glossary for terms used across all your reports.

You only see programs and participants that were active during the selected date range. Widen the date range at the top of the report to cover a period when people joined or worked through your content.

Your data can also take some time to appear. Learn how often your reports update.

Online programs reports are only available in your site's dashboard. Your other Wix Analytics reports are still available in the Wix app and the Wix Studio app.
