Wix Payments: Upload Proof of SSN

To verify your Wix Payments account in the United States, you may need to upload a copy of your Social Security Number (SSN) card. This can apply to both the account owner and any additional business owners and directors.
When uploading a copy of your SSN card, please be aware of the following:
- Make sure the image is not blurry and the text is clearly legible.
- The full name and SSN must be clearly visible on the card.
- If your business has multiple owners, each one may also need to provide their SSN verification.
- Documents must be sent in one of the following file formats: HEIC, JPEG, JPG, PDF, PNG.
- The maximum file size is 10 MB.
- The minimum file size is 1 KB for PDF, 100 KB for other formats.
