Unable to Sign In to Your Wix Account: Forgot Email

If you can't remember the email address that you used to create your Wix account, you can find it on the Wix Log In page.
If you've lost access to it, you can recover your account in 2 ways.
If you're not sure of your email address, you can use our email locator tool to find the correct login email. If you have a recovery phone number added, you can recover your account via your phone.
Finding a forgotten login email
If you know the URL of your website, you can find your login email on the Wix Log In page.
To recover your login email using the Wix email locator:
- Go to the Wix Log In page.
- Click Forgot Email?.
- Enter the URL of your website.
- Click Next.
- Select your country from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your phone number.
- Click Send.
Recovering your account using your recovery phone number
If you have lost access to your email and have a recovery phone number added in your Wix account, you can have a one-time SMS code sent to your recovery phone number to access your account,
To recover your account using your recovery phone number:
- Go to the Wix Log In page.
- Click Forgot Email?.
- Select Forgot my login email
- Enter the email address associated with your Wix account and click Next.
- Select Send me a code to my phone number ending with XXXX and click Next.
- Enter the one-time verification code sent to your phone and click Verify.
- (Optional) Reset your email and / or password in your Account Settings.
