SSL Certificate Not Showing on Devices Running Older Windows or Mac Operating Systems

Your SSL Certificate may not be working if you're running Windows 7, or earlier, or MacOS El Capitan (10.12.1), or earlier.
This a result of older operating systems (OS) not recognizing a modern SSL Certificate. It does not mean there is an issue with your site's SSL Certificate. Learn more
In order to resolve the issue, we recommend updating your device to the most recent OS available.
If you have a windows device and you are unable to update the OS to a newer version, then you can follow the steps below to enable the certificate on your device.
