Learn the differences between Contacts, Members, and Subscribers to better manage your Contacts. Anyone who submits info via your site is classified as a Contact, while Subscribers and Members are specific types of Contacts.

Contacts

Contacts are visitors to your site who are on your Contacts List. Visitors are automatically added to your list when they contact you through your site (e.g., through a contact form) along with the information they provided.
You can manage your contacts from the Contacts section of your site's dashboard. Learn more about managing your contacts

Members

Members are any visitors to your site who have signed up as members through the Member Signup form. Members have their own profiles in the Members Area and can interact with other members of the community.
Members can also take on specific roles in your site, and you can assign badges to them to highlight their roles (e.g., Blog Writer).

Subscribers

Subscribers are site visitors who have subscribed to your newsletter (e.g., through the Get Subscribers form). They are also any contact who has given you permission to send them marketing emails, newsletters, or updates from your site.
